• Items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.

• We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

• Customized or personalized products cannot be returned, as they are made specifically upon the client's request.

Return Process:

• To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return.

• A return shipping fee of AED 20 will be deducted from your refund. This cost is the responsibility of the buyer.

Refunds:

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7 working days.

• Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase.
